Durante el día de hoy hubo rumores acerca de la posible salida de David Vincent, bajista y vocalista, y Tim Yeung, baterista, de la banda de death MORBID ANGEL. Esto se ocasionó debido a un anuncio realizado a través del Facebook de la banda, en el cual se anuncia que Trey Azagthoth, fundador de la banda, se encuentra trabajando con Steve Tucker, quien tomara el lugar de Vincent de 1997 a 2001 y de 2003 a 2004. Tucker sería el encargado de tomar el puesto de Vincent de nuevo, sin un reemplazo confirmado para Yeung aún.

Diversos medios de comunicación confirmaron este reemplazo sin haber un comunicado oficial por parte de los originarios de Tampa, Florida. Tres horas más tarde, Vincent emitió un comunicado mediante su publicista en el cual se desmentía los rumores ocasionados por la prensa.
«I am aware of Trey Azagthoth’s announcement of a collaboration with Steve Tucker on new music. However, the inference that I have left MORBID ANGEL is incorrect. To be clear, I have not left MORBID ANGEL nor have I been asked to do so.»
